Since my first visit in 2012, I have bought another pair of glasses for my 10 year old and my college age son. The eyeglass section doesn't seem as huge as some of the national franchise stores but there is plenty to choose from. Realistically so many of them are the same, just different brands anyway. I recently went in to get pair of prescription reading glasses. Again, I found great frames and absolutely love my glasses. The staff are all very professional and I've never had more than a few minutes wait whether picking out glasses or picking up. We had issues with my little one not being very good with his glasses at first and they were so sweet every time we came in, even giving him tips on how to handle his glasses better in a positive, fun way. I've talked so high of them that my mother wants to come from Spring Branch to get her glasses.
Another bonus is that Orange Leaf is next door so if you need to you can bribe your kids to behave with some frozen yogurt afterward.

We moved to Cypress last November and met Andrea Curry while waiting in a check out line – she was so sweet and answered our many questions about the area and told us that if we ever needed any optical help to come see her at TSO. My husband needed new glasses and we remembered Andrea and made the appointment at TSO and were not disappointed in the fine Doctor and friendly staff. Thanks Andrea- we love friendly people!

This place is a lifesaver! My husband & I were in the area on vacation when his glasses broke. They were not repairable and we didn't bring any of his contact lenses. We contacted our home optical store and luckily they were willing to fax his prescription to a local store. We tried several places before finding TCO – the first national store wanted him to pay for a full exam before offering a trial pair, the second national store didn't have his brand in stock…. Then we stumbled upon TCO. Derek(?) at TCO was amazing! He was very sympathetic to our problem and offered to provide a trial pair of lenses once our Dr. faxed the prescription. When we arrived at the store all of the associates were friendly and accommodating. They even took time to talk to me about MY glasses and provided some valuable education on lens materials. If I lived in the area this would definitely be my eye care provider of choice.

This TSO is awesome! They have always been friendly and helpful. I never have to wait long or at all when I make an appointment. They have a wide variety of frames and the staff members are very knowledgeable and helpful! Just got my second pair of frames. So happy 🙂

I went here for annual eye exam and contact/glasses script. The office is clean and comfortable and the staff members are all friendly. Dr. Nguyen seems a bit young, but I found it refreshing – she was very attentive, didn't rush, and (for a fee of course) she went over the health of my eye via a special photo and was very detailed and thorough. She confirmed and explained in much more depth some things other doctor's only mentioned in passing to me before. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen TSO Cypress!

My family and I have been going to this location for years (since it opened). We have see Dr Nguyen and a couple if other doctors when she has been unavailable. Every time we go, the staff is friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. They are wonderful with my children and always patiently help them choose frames. Andrea has worked with us several times and always goes above and beyond to be helpful and provide valuable feedback on glasses. Derek has also been very helpful and patient in explaining things. They always understand and explain our insurance benefits to us and make the financial side of things easy and seamless. They have also squeezed us in for an emergency visit and replaced broken frames without being asked. Love this office!!! I wish all customer service was this good.

I was very impressed with this office. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff members were personable and professional. There is state of the art equipment, and I received a very thorough eye examination. Dr. Nguyen is very knowledgeable and had great bedside manner. I was just coming to get new contacts but was pleasantly surprised to find out about the actual "health" of my eyes. The office also has a great selection of eyewear. I will definitely return and highly recommend her and the office to anyone!
