Our Team

Dr. Nathan Hatridge is a Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma specialist who has been serving Cypress, Texas since the summer of 2014. He is our resident ocular disease and specialty contact lens provider. Dr. Hatridge obtained his Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 2013 after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin in 2009, with a B.S. in Biology. During his training, he focused on treatment of ocular diseases including extensive experience in management of diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma and macular degeneration.

He is also well-versed in the treatment of diseases of the anterior segment and cornea and has particular interest in the management of dry eye. When not helping patients, he enjoys spending time with his wife Lauren and son Thomas and is an avid reader.

Dr. Hatridge is passionate about providing the very best quality eyecare to our Cypress, Fairfield and Waller residents with a focus on health and wellness.
 

Dr. Ly Nguyen, founder of TSO Cypress, is an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist and Therapeutic Optometrist serving Cypress, TX since 2008. She is passionate about children’s eye health and heads our Myopia Management department. Having suffered from dry eye most of her adult life, she is also committed to bringing in cutting edge technology and dry eye treatments to our Cypress community. Dr. Nguyen is excited to have launched our Dry Eye Spa in 2024.

After graduating from the University of Houston with her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2003, she practiced in the Houston and College Station areas. Dr. Nguyen received her training providing eye care to our Nation’s Marines inside a Navy Clinic on the Quantico Marine Corps base in Virginia. She also trained at Houston Eye Associates, Houston’s largest ophthalmology practice. Dr. Nguyen performed her undergraduate studies at the University of St. Thomas in Houston. She is an active member of the American Optometric Association, Texas Optometric Association, Harris County Optometric Society and Cy-Fair Chamber of Commerce as well as serves on the Texas State Optical board of directors.

In her time outside of the office, Dr. Nguyen enjoys cheering on her children in their various sports endeavors. She and her husband reside in Houston, TX with their two daughters and son who play tennis, softball, and baseball. Dr Nguyen’s  personal favorite sport is endurance racing. Combining her love of travel and racing, she has run a marathon (or longer) race on all 7 continents … yes, even Antarctica! She has also competed in a full IronMan 140.3 competition in Australia.

Dr. Anne Stiles, an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist and Therapeutic Optometrist, is the newest member of our TSO Cypress team. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry, where she received extensive training and was selected to train at the university’s Dry Eye clinic. Dr. Stiles also trained at Cedar Springs Community Eye Clinic in Dallas, Texas, focusing on ocular disease including the management of diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma and macular degeneration. 

She has a passion for providing comprehensive care and currently enjoys treating patients in the Dry Eye Spa to give relief to those who struggle with dry eye. Being the daughter of an optometrist, she grew up understanding the importance of vision and eye health which helped develop her passion for optometry. She is a member of the Texas Optometric Association and American Optometric Association. Dr. Stiles was born and raised in Texas and obtained her undergraduate degree from University of Arkansas Fort Smith where she also played golf.

When not caring for patients, she enjoys living in Cypress with her husband, Eddie, and their dog. She likes to stay active and try out new recipes to cook.
